By completing this form below, you agree to be a rider on a Charter Bus to and from Kutztown Football Camp provided by a generous donor at no cost to you.  Failure to arrive on time, may result in you being left, and you will need to arrange your own transportation.

PICK UP FOR CAMP:  June 23rd | 12:00 PM - Target Parking Lot, 403 Constant Friendship Blvd, Abingdon, MD 21009

RETURN HOME FROM CAMP:  Meet at same location of drop-off at Kutztown no later than 11:30am.  Athlete is to call parent/guardian as to the ETA back to Target Parking Lot.
