By completing this form below, you agree to be a rider on the Woodlawn Charter Bus to and from Kutztown Sports Camp for $50.00. Failure to arrive on time, may result in you being left, and you will need to arrange your own transportation.

PICK UP FOR CAMP: June 25th at 10:00 AM | Target Parking Lot | 403 Constant Friendship Blvd, Abingdon, MD

RETURN HOME FROM CAMP: Meet at same location of drop-off at Kutztown no later than 11:30am. Athlete is to call parent/guardian as to the ETA back to Target Parking Lot.
