The FCA Falcons cross-country program is a Christ-centered program made up of four teams: boys and girls varsity (9th-12th grade) as well as boys and girls middle school (6th-8th grade). We are a fall sport with about a dozen meets per season from September to November in a local league. Races are five kilometers (5k) for varsity and usually two miles for middle school. Practice starts in August and we practice 3-4 times a week, usually at Cedar Lane Regional Park in Bel Air. Registration fee is $375 for varsity and $175 for middle school. The team has been successful, winning our league several times, and we are very open and interested in runners of all abilities."
